In recent weeks, ThoR has won two major awards for the excellence of its journal publications.
Firstly, the ThoR publication Broadband 300-GHz Power Amplifier MMICs in InGaAs mHEMT Technology was selected for the IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology (T-TST) Best Paper Award 2022, one of the most important paper awards at IEEE MTT-S. The prize will be conferred at IMS in June.
Secondly, during the European Microwave Conference 2022 closing session in London last month (part of European Microwave Week 2022), the International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies (IJMWT) Best Paper Award 2020 was awarded to another ThoR paper, A superheterodyne 300 GHz wireless link for ultra-fast terahertz communication systems.
